Business Development and Sales Executive - France

Cartonplast Group is an international company specializing in reusable transport packaging and circular service solutions for industrial customers.

France is an important growth market for Cartonplast, with significant potential to expand our presence beyond our established customer base. Our local team has built a stable operational foundation, while the market for reusable solutions and circular-economy concepts continues to develop.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to identify new opportunities, develop the French market and actively shape the further growth of our business in France.

Tasks

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across France
• Build and further develop relationships with new customers, key accounts and relevant decision-makers
• Analyse customer needs, market potential and industry developments to identify new sectors and growth opportunities
• Present our solutions and develop commercial arguments tailored to customer requirements
• Support commercial negotiations together with the Managing Director
• Represent Cartonplast at customer meetings, trade fairs and relevant industry events
• Cooperate closely with local and international Sales, Marketing, Product Development and operational teams from the Group
• Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular market and customer updates

Requirements

• Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or a comparable commercial role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing-related environment
• Strong commercial understanding and a strategic approach to developing new business
• A proactive, independent and hands-on way of working with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and operational processes and confidently support commercial negotiations
• Willingness to visit customers and travel regularly within France while working closely with local and international teams
• Fluent or native French and good professional English

Experience in logistics, packaging, reusable solutions, supply chain, FMCG, food & beverage or other industrial B2B sectors is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Experience with circular-economy business models, reusable packaging concepts or the development of new markets is also welcome.
