In less than a year, we've won over 1,000 gyms and 300,000 users, and we're continuing our hyper-growth journey. With a recent €1M fundraising round, our ambition is to become the must-have fitness app in Europe.
As part of our European expansion, we're hiring an English-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to develop and structure our presence in the UK market.
The role:
- Actively prospect to build a strong sales pipeline (sourcing, cold calling, etc.)
- Close deals: generate as many opportunities as possible and convert them into loyal customers
- Grow within a team: you'll join a team of 7 Sales reps, including the co-founder, to train and challenge you daily
The profile we're looking for:
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, you're autonomous, and you want to have a direct impact
- A born salesperson: convincing prospects and signing contracts is what drives you
- Team player: you want to grow alongside the best and progress quickly
- You're rigorous, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in parallel: CRM tracking, follow-ups, weekly reporting, dashboard updates, and pipeline management
