As BDR Manager, you'll lead our Business Development Representative teams across the US and Europe. Reporting to the Marketing Department, you'll work hand-in-hand with sales leadership to align outreach strategies, drive qualified pipeline growth, and implement a world-class BDR playbook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international BDR/SDR teams, deep knowledge of prospecting tools and practices, and a proven track record of aligning BDR/SDR activities with commercial priorities.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and grow a team of business development professionals

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative and data-driven team culture, ensuring the team is equipped to achieve ambitious sales targets

  • Monitor daily KPIs to ensure effective targeting of key segments and strategic offerings

  • Develop deep knowledge of the customer organization and product portfolio

  • Drive adoption and optimal use of digital prospecting tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define growth objectives and align initiatives with organizational goals

  • Partner with marketing teams to develop impactful outbound campaigns and materials that articulate the value of Questel's products and services

  • Drive innovation and creativity in exploring new revenue streams and business models

  • Ensure strong collaboration and daily interaction with the sales teams to align on priorities, targeting strategies, and lead quality

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the business development function 

  • Stay current on the latest technology and market trends via continuous learning

  • Identify and analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the IP industry

  • Provide market feedback and insights from BDR activities to continuously refine messaging and objection handling





The perfect match...



  • 5+ years in a similar BDR/SDR leadership role in an international context

  • Proven success in building and scaling BDR teams

  • Deep expertise with sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Data-driven mindset with strong coaching and leadership skills

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Hands-on, collaborative, and strategic

  • Ability to operate in cross-functional environment within a global organization
