This role is critical in leading and growing operations in the Brazilian market, focusing on strategic growth, data analysis, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the sports and iGaming landscape, allowing them to make data-driven decisions that influence profitability and market performance. Collaborating with various teams, you will shape the strategic roadmap and push forward our partner's expansion in a competitive environment.
Accountabilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics in Brazil.
- Define and execute growth strategies considering brand positioning.
- Build data-driven roadmaps with KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Own the full P&L for the portfolio, managing revenue and costs.
- Track and analyze key KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Identify new monetization streams through partnerships and sponsorships.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on high performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and monitor advertising restrictions.
- Nurture strategic partnerships across key Brazilian regions.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business management or affiliate marketing.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian digital ecosystems and betting markets.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver commercial growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with leadership capabilities.
- Experience in leading teams across content, SEO, and commercial functions.
