Which team will you join?

You will join our European Solutions Consulting team, a high-performing group of subject-matter experts working closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem.

As a Business Solution Consultant Lead specializing in Kondor Back Office, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, combining deep product knowledge with strong capital markets expertise. You will help sales teams identify client needs, shape solution strategies, and deliver value-based demonstrations and proposals. You will also influence product roadmap evolution based on market insights and client feedback.

This team brings together specialists across front-office, risk, back-office, integration, and architecture - collaborating closely to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What will you contribute?

Strategic Contributions

• Support sales strategy, demand generation, and opportunity qualification across Europe.
• Participate in events (virtual/onsite), workshops, and industry forums to showcase Teciem’s value proposition.
• Contribute to the product roadmap with market intelligence, client feedback, and strategic insights related to Summit.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers on “walk the floor” initiatives, including customer health checks, platform usage assessments, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities to enhance customer retention and adoption.
• Collaborate with partner teams to support onboarding and drive joint value propositions.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Client discovery & solutioning: Lead structured discovery sessions, understand client needs, and design compelling solution approaches.
• Demonstrations & presentations: Deliver impactful Summit demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, workshops, and value-led presentations.
• Content creation: Produce highquality collateral, white papers, decks, demos scripts, and client-facing materials that articulate Teciem’s differentiation.
• Internal enablement: Share expertise through internal sessions on product capabilities, industry trends, market evolution, and best practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Partners to influence product evolution and support strategic deals.
  

Required Experience & Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Professional Background

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, or financial software specifically in back office Treasury functions such as Hedge Accounting, Collateral Management, Confirmations and Paymentd workflows.
• Strong expertise across asset classes such as FX, fixed income, money markets, listed and OTC derivatives.
• Deep knowledge of European markets and their regulations.
• Prior experience with Kondor or similar solution is a strong advantage.

• Presentation excellence: Ability to deliver persuasive, tailored presentations and demos - clear storytelling, audience relevance, and business-value orientation.
• Interpersonal influence & empathy: Skilled in navigating senior stakeholders, building trust, and communicating complex concepts simply.
• Analytical mindset: Strong understanding of market trends, regulations, and technology drivers in Capital Markets.
• Self-driven & curious: Passionate about innovation, especially in AI/ML, cloud transformation, and fintech ecosystems.
• Strong English proficiency; additional European languages (Italian, German, French, Spanish) are highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%).

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline (advanced degree a plus).
• Continuous learning and professional certifications (CFA, FRM, PMP, or similar) preferred.
• Formal training in presentation or communication skills is a plus.
