Position Summary

As Global Cash & FX Manager, you will lead the Group's global cash management and foreign exchange activities, ensuring optimal liquidity visibility, effective FX risk mitigation, robust treasury governance, and efficient banking structures across NW&PB entities worldwide.

You will act as a key treasury business partner, supporting Finance, Tax, Accounting and Business teams while driving treasury optimization, payment security, banking efficiency and treasury transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Treasury who is based in Paris.

What are the responsibilities ?

• Lead global cash management activities, ensuring liquidity visibility and availability across all NW&PB entities.


• Design and manage cash pooling, cash concentration and intercompany funding structures to optimize working capital and reduce financing costs.


• Identify, assess and manage foreign exchange exposures and execute appropriate hedging strategies in line with Group policies.


• Execute FX transactions while ensuring compliance with treasury policies, risk management principles and market best practices.


• Manage relationships with global banking partners and support the optimization of banking services, structures and costs.


• Oversee global payment processes and payment security controls to ensure operational efficiency, compliance and fraud prevention.


• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax and Business teams to provide treasury expertise and support strategic initiatives.


• Prepare treasury analyses, dashboards and management reporting related to liquidity, FX exposures, hedge performance and banking activities.


• Lead treasury transformation initiatives, including treasury systems, automation and banking connectivity projects.


• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements and audit expectations across all jurisdictions.


• Support M&A transactions, reorganizations and other strategic projects from a treasury and funding perspective.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency, governance and operational effectiveness.

What will make you successful?

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, FX Risk Management, Banking or Corporate Treasury.


• Master’s degree in finance, Treasury, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.


• Professional treasury qualification (ACT, CTP or equivalent) is a plus.


• Strong expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting and cash pooling structures.


• Experience working with multinational stakeholders and managing relationships with financial institutions.


• Knowledge of payment systems, treasury controls, fraud prevention mechanisms and treasury governance frameworks.


• Experience leading treasury transformation, automation or treasury systems implementation projects.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
