Our technology starts with you. \n \n--- \n \nVersion fran\u00e7aise\n\nA propos de vos missions\n\nVous participez au d\u00e9ploiement en France d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie Total Reward et d\u2019une approche de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration bas\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences tout au long du cycle de vie collaborateur, afin de construire un avantage comp\u00e9titif pour ST, de renforcer le lien avec la gestion de la performance, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et la motivation de nos talents, et de permettre aux managers de prendre des d\u00e9cisions bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es.\n\nEn rejoignant notre Centre d\u2019Excellence R\u00e9gional Compensation \u0026 Benefits, la personne recrut\u00e9e sera amen\u00e9e \u00e0 :\n\n * \u00catre responsable, pour la France, des sujets li\u00e9s aux avantages sociaux : \u00e9pargne salariale, int\u00e9ressement, participation, sant\u00e9 et pr\u00e9voyance, voitures de fonction, en garantissant coh\u00e9rence, \u00e9quit\u00e9 et alignement avec la gouvernance ST ;\n * Suivre, analyser et proposer des am\u00e9liorations au cadre des avantages sociaux en France, en identifiant des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019harmonisation et de simplification entre entit\u00e9s et sites lorsque cela est pertinent ;\n * Contribuer \u00e0 la conception et au d\u00e9ploiement des politiques et processus d\u2019avantages sociaux en France, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient compr\u00e9hensibles, op\u00e9rationnels, conformes et align\u00e9s avec les besoins du business et les attentes des collaborateurs ;\n * \u00catre l\u2019interlocuteur cl\u00e9 pour la France sur les sujets li\u00e9s aux avantages sociaux, y compris dans le cadre de fusions-acquisitions, en collaborant \u00e9troitement avec les \u00e9quipes RH, Finance, Corporate, Juridique, Relations sociales, paie, prestataires et autres parties prenantes ;\n * Contribuer \u00e0 la revue et \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation des processus d\u2019avantages sociaux existants, avec l\u2019ambition de les documenter clairement, de les simplifier et de les am\u00e9liorer en continu ;\n * Soutenir la communication aupr\u00e8s des collaborateurs et la sensibilisation des managers sur les sujets de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et d\u2019avantages sociaux, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension, l\u2019engagement et la valeur per\u00e7ue du package global de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ;\n * Assurer une coordination \u00e9troite avec les parties prenantes locales et r\u00e9gionales, et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019anticipation des \u00e9volutions r\u00e9glementaires impactant les avantages sociaux et les dispositifs de protection des collaborateurs.\n\n\n\nEn compl\u00e9ment, le/la Sp\u00e9cialiste Compensation \u0026 Benefits pourrait \u00e9galement :\n\n * Soutenir l\u2019\u00e9valuation des grades et la m\u00e9thodologie de classification fran\u00e7aise (fiche emploi) actuellement bas\u00e9e sur la m\u00e9thodologie Hay, en garantissant la gouvernance ST et l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les collaborateurs, avec l\u2019ambition de passer de comit\u00e9s locaux \u00e0 un comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional unique ;\n * Identifier et analyser les incoh\u00e9rences de positionnement des grades en France au sein des diff\u00e9rentes organisations ST, et promouvoir le nouveau processus de r\u00e9alignement des grades en France ainsi que le LOP France, en sensibilisant et en formant les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes (Business HR, managers, membres de comit\u00e9) ;\n * Promouvoir une strat\u00e9gie de grading align\u00e9e avec la nouvelle architecture emplois ST, en s\u2019appuyant sur les benchmarks d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles et en tirant parti de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation des postes, dans l\u2019objectif d\u2019automatiser et de digitaliser au maximum, en collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe Corporate C\u0026R et le CoE E2E Talent ;\n\n\n\nUn fort accent sera mis dans les prochains mois sur la formalisation de l\u2019ensemble des processus de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, afin de garantir qu\u2019ils soient simples et compr\u00e9hensibles par tous, avec des r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s clairement d\u00e9finis, et qu\u2019ils soient am\u00e9lior\u00e9s en continu. Chaque membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe est responsable de son propre processus. L\u2019\u00e9quipe travaillera \u00e9galement \u00e0 un onboarding fluide afin de permettre une acquisition rapide des connaissances en Compensation \u0026 Benefits.\n\nA propos de vous\n\n * Une exp\u00e9rience en RH, une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration/avantages sociaux, ou une connaissance de la m\u00e9thodologie de grading Hay serait un plus ;\n * Esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en autonomie ;\n * Envie d\u2019apprendre, de challenger le statu quo, et de renforcer sa vision strat\u00e9gique ;\n * Capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes ;\n * Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 analyser et produire des donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 proposer des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es, et \u00e0 les rendre compr\u00e9hensibles pour des interlocuteurs vari\u00e9s (Finance, audit, RSE/CSR, repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, managers et RH, etc.) ;\n * Ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019anglais \n * Confidentialit\u00e9 et exigence de qualit\u00e9.\n\n\n\nEnglish version\n\nAbout your missions\n\nYou take part in deploying in France a Total Reward Strategy and a skill-based reward approach along the Employee lifecycle, to build ST competitive advantage, reinforce the link with Performance Management, improve the attraction and motivation of our talents and empower managers to make decisions based on data.\n\nBy joining our C\u0026B Regional Center of Excellence, the incumbent will:\n\n * Be responsible in France for Benefits topics including employee savings schemes, profit-sharing, incentive plans, health and risk insurance (\u00e9pargne salariale, int\u00e9ressement, participation, sant\u00e9 et pr\u00e9voyance, company cars), ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with ST governance;\n * Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the French benefits framework, identifying opportunities for harmonization and simplification across entities and sites when relevant;\n * Support the design and deployment of benefits policies and processes in France, ensuring they are understandable, operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs and employee expectations;\n * Act as the key contact for France on benefits matters, also in case of Merger \u0026 Acquisitions, working closely with HR, Finance, Corporate, Legal, Industrial Relations, payroll, providers, and other stakeholders;\n * Contribute to the review and optimization of existing benefits processes, with the ambition to document them clearly, simplify them, and continuously improve them;\n * Support employee communication and manager awareness on benefits topics, helping to improve understanding, engagement, and perceived value of the overall reward package;\n * Ensure robust coordination with local and regional stakeholders, and contribute to the anticipation of regulatory evolutions impacting benefits and employee protection schemes.\n\n\n\nIn addition, the Compensation \u0026 Benefits Specialist could:\n\n * support grading evaluation and French classification (fiche emploi) methodology (currently using the Hay methodology) ensuring ST governance and fairness between employees, with the ambition to move from local committees to one regional committee; \n * Identify and analyze (in)coherence of grading positioning in France within the different ST organizations, and promote French new grading realignment process and French LOP by raising awareness and training the different stakeholders (Business HR, managers, committee members);\n * Promote a grading strategy aligned with new ST job architecture, using already available benchmarking and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) in evaluation of positions, with the end goal to automatized/digitalized as much as possible in collaboration with the corporate C\u0026R team and CoE E2E Talent;\n\n\n\nA big focus over the coming months will be made in writing down all reward processes, making sure they are simple and understandable by all, with the right roles and responsibilities and their continious improvement. Each member of the team is responsible of their own process.
