Our technology starts with you. \n \n--- \n \n# FRANCAIS #\n\nVOTRE R\u00d4LE\n\nLa division Imaging de STMicroelectronics d\u00e9veloppe et industrialise des produits opto-\u00e9lectroniques : capteurs d\u0027image CMOS.\n\nIntitul\u00e9 du poste : Responsable Validation Fonctionnelle\n\nCe poste vous permettra d\u2019int\u00e9grer une \u00e9quipe innovante et dynamique d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs de validation fonctionnel travaillant sur diff\u00e9rentes technologies de capteurs d\u0027image de pointe destin\u00e9es \u00e0 divers clients et march\u00e9s (grand publique, Industriel, Automobile).\n\nEn tant que Responsable Validation Fonctionnelle, vous dirigerez et coordonnerez les activit\u00e9s d\u0027un groupe d\u0027ing\u00e9nieurs validation et rapporterez l\u0027\u00e9tat d\u0027avancement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes internes ou externes \u00e0 la division Imaging.\n\nVos objectifs seront les suivants :\n\n * Diriger le processus de validation fonctionnelle IMG jusqu\u0027\u00e0 la qualification compl\u00e8te du produit.\n * D\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie de validation fonctionnelle en ligne avec les objectifs du projet et la strat\u00e9gie de la division.\n * \u00c9laborer et g\u00e9rer un plan de projet associ\u00e9 aux ressources et aux \u00e9quipements.\n * G\u00e9rer les r\u00e9unions de partage d\u2019information entre le projet et l\u2019\u00e9quipe.\n * Participer aux r\u00e9unions hebdomadaires des \u00e9quipes multidisciplinaires pour atteindre les jalons du projet.\n * Contribuer \u00e0 l\u0027analyse des risques du projet.\n * Suivre l\u0027avancement de la validation fonctionnelle, anticiper les probl\u00e8mes potentiels et mettre en \u0153uvre des actions pr\u00e9ventives ou correctives.\n * Veiller \u00e0 ce que les documents et livrables attendus soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment au plan.\n * Participer \u00e0 la qualification du produit et aux activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux clients en collaboration avec toutes les fonctions pertinentes de la division.\n * Diriger le post-mortem du projet afin d\u0027am\u00e9liorer la mise en \u0153uvre des projets futurs.\n * Contribuer \u00e0 la formation et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences de l\u0027\u00e9quipe.\n * Proposer des am\u00e9liorations des m\u00e9thodes et outils par rapport \u00e0 la validation du projet.\n\n\n\nVous serez essentiel au succ\u00e8s de la division Imaging, car vous serez en contact avec diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes couvrant un large \u00e9ventail d\u0027expertises au sein de la division Imaging, mais \u00e9galement avec des clients externes \u00e0 la division.\n\nVous tirerez parti et vous appuierez sur une large gamme d\u0027expertises techniques des membres de l\u0027\u00e9quipe en optique, \u00e9lectronique, m\u00e9canique et logiciel. Vous travaillerez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9veloppement du produit (conception mat\u00e9rielle, ASIC, v\u00e9rification, firmware). Vous serez un membre cl\u00e9 de l\u0027\u00e9quipe projet et participerez aux r\u00e9unions principales afin de partager des informations, des actions et des priorit\u00e9s.\n\nCe poste est une opportunit\u00e9 unique pour d\u00e9velopper votre expertise en ing\u00e9nierie de d\u00e9veloppement de produits.\n\nVOS COMP\u00c9TENCES ET EXP\u00c9RIENCES\n\n * Dipl\u00f4me de Master ou Licence en g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique, opto\u00e9lectronique ou discipline similaire.\n * Au moins 4 ans d\u0027exp\u00e9rience en validation, test, d\u00e9veloppement de produits \u00e9lectroniques ou gestion de projet.\n * Comp\u00e9tences importantes requises : \n * S\u0027engager et collaborer avec des \u00e9quipes transversales.\n * Bon niveau d\u0027autonomie, de m\u00e9thodologie et de rigueur.\n * Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.\n * Faire preuve de force de proposition pour mener \u00e0 bien le projet.\n\n# ENGLISH # \n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nSTMicroelectronics Imaging Division is developing and industrializing opto-electronics products: CMOS Image sensors. \n \nJob Title : Functional Validation Leader \n \nThe position, located in Grenoble, is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Innovative \u0026 Dynamic team, within the Validation Team of the Imaging Division, working on different worldwide leading technology image sensors targeting various customers and markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive). \n \nAs the Functional Validation Leader, you will lead and coordinate activities of a group of validation engineer and report the status to different teams inside or outside Imaging Division. \n \n\nYour Will Have the Following Objectives\n\n * Lead IMG functional validation process till full product qualification\n * Define Functional Validation strategy in line with the project objectives and the Division strategy\n * Build and manage a project plan associated with resources and materials\n * Manage projects meetings (Kick-off, weeklies,) and technical core team\n * Participating in multidisciplinary team\u2019s weeklies to achieve project milestones\n * Contribute to the project risks analysis\n * Track functional validation progress, anticipating potential issues, and implementing preventive or corrective actions\n * Ensure that the expected documents and deliverables are implemented according to the plan\n * Participate in product qualification and customer-related activities in collaboration with all relevant divisional functions.\n * Lead the project postmortem in order to enhance the next project implementation\n * Contribute to the training and expertise growth of the team\n * Propose methods and tools improvements vs Project validation \n \n\n\n\nYou will be key for the success of the Imaging Division as you will be in contact with different teams covering a large broad range of expertise inside the Imaging Division, but also with Division external customers. \n \nYou will take advantage and rely on a large range of technicals expertise of the team members in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and software. You will be working in close collaboration with the product IC development teams (IC hardware design, Firmware).
