Our client is an enterprise financial technology SaaS provider to investment banks and looking to appoint their first Head of Channels in Europe spearhead adoption of their solutions through their commercial partners across Europe. This role involves building and leading the Channel team, go-to-market strategy, partner enablement, relationship development, and high-touch selling activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management : Oversee the channel organization in Europe, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth goals. Build, provide direction and lead the Channel team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy tailored to European markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Partner Enablement : Design and execute partner enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources. Foster strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
  • High-Touch Selling : Engage directly with key partners, providing high-touch support to drive sales and adoption. Identify and develop high-value relationships within partner organizations.
  • Strategy & Business Plans : Drive strategy and business planning for European Channel Partners. Focus on maximizing value with domestic customers through well-defined initiatives and activities.
  • Joint Value Propositions : Collaborate with partners to develop compelling joint value propositions. Ensure that these propositions are effectively communicated and executed in the market.
  • Marketing & Sales Motions : Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales motions in collaboration with partner organizations. Track and analyze performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Profile requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel partner management for a SaaS technology company, developing partnerships with service providers and/or system integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies with and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Interest and ability to grow a channels team.
  • Fluent in French & English
