Au poste de Responsable de service outillage (H/F), vous êtes rattaché(e) au Responsable méthodes et industrialisation du site de St-Aignan-Grandlieu (44), site de production de pièces aéronautiques en composite.

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities: 

Manage tooling lists (including those on customer software)

Organize tooling preventive and corrective maintenance

Organize and conduct periodic tooling inspections

Manage the tooling team (OT maintenance, OT design technician, programmer, etc.)

Manage workload/capacity

Manage tooling modifications/improvements

Ensure consistency of specifications issued by business managers

Ensure that quotations are consistent with the budget and estimated cost

Take responsibility for tooling quality

Organize the validation and production launch of modified/improved tooling in accordance with lead time commitments

Suggest improvements concerning tooling and its use

Organize the programming of on-site CNC machines (industrialization)

Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization

 The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training. 

Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel

Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)

Support QSE maturity development in your sector
