Description de l'emploi - Cio office f/h (CDI)

The Chief Information Officer is responsible for defining and implementing AXA LM’s Information Technology strategy, contributing to business objectives (Portfolio Acquisition and Finality) in an efficient, secured, and cost-effective way. Development and implementation of an information Technology strategy;
· The Chief Information Officer reports directly to a member of the Executive Committee and holds the Chief Information officer accountability. o Implement the AXA Group Tech, Data and Operations strategy and make it a pilar of the AXA LM business strategy;
To secure the adoption of these transformation by the business, he/she must ensure that appropriate change management processes are in place.
· Management of 20 employees supported by transversal managers across the 4 entities of AXA LM (FR, CH, UK, US) :
Support business development to assess M&A opportunities and proposing adequate IT Integration and Offboarding strategy.
· Master Degree in IT.
Motivated to work within an international and cross-cultural environment;
· Fluent in English and French both written and verbal.
