Mara Paris is a Parisian jewelry brand founded in 2015 at the intersection of architecture, art, and craft. Worn by Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Kylie Jenner, and Halle Berry, our pieces are sculptural works that sit between fine art and personal adornment. 

We're opening a new appointment-only showroom in Paris dedicated to our fine jewelry offering, an intimate, considered space for clients who want more than a transaction.

We're looking for someone to be the human heart of that space: a Client Experience & Sales Associate who builds genuine relationships with an international clientele, delivers an exceptional in-person experience, and makes sure no client ever feels forgotten after they leave.

This is not a B2B, wholesale sales or sales administration role. It's a relationship role, built around individual clients.

What you'll do

  • Welcome and accompany VIP and international clients through the showroom experience, from first appointment to final purchase, with warmth, expertise, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Manage the appointment calendar and all client communications before, during, and after visits
  • Build and maintain a client book
  • Own post-visit follow-up
  • Follow-up on custom and bespoke requests, translating client wishes into clear briefs and managing expectations throughout the process
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the showroom experience, rituals, presentation, packaging, atmosphere, always asking how we can make it more memorable

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end client relations. You know what five-star service feels like from the inside
  • A genuine passion for jewelry and design. You can speak about a piece with the knowledge of a craftsperson and the enthusiasm of a collector
  • Naturally warm, attentive, and discreet. You make people feel seen without ever being intrusive
  • Experience managing an international clientele. You're culturally fluent, adaptable in tone, and comfortable in rooms where multiple languages and expectations are in play
  • Proactive and detail-obsessed when it comes to follow-up.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and client tracking systems. You treat your client book as one of your most important assets
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language is a strong advantage
  • Based in Paris
