What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for travelers, you'll make sure every interaction turns into a positive memory. Whether its answering questions, solving issues, or giving advice on accommodations, you'll have the chance to make a real impact every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails from French- and English-speaking customers.
• Researching and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to guide customers.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for a global leader in the travel sector.
• Collaborating with teammates, contributing to a positive and motivated environment.

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and English.
• 6+ months of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or call center welcome).
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Enthusiasm for travel and for helping others.
