Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the high performance and reliability of clinical information systems supporting the acquisition, cleaning and analysis of clinical trial data (e.g. Oracle Clinical One, eCRF, DMW).
• Act as a key interface between Business and IT teams, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system capabilities.
• Monitor, track and follow up on technical issues in collaboration with DDS, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Identify, represent and advocate for end‑user needs with Information Systems, QA teams and external providers.
• Ensure that clinical systems are properly maintained, updated and used in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements (ICH‑GxP).
• Contribute to the deployment, upgrade and validation of computerized systems, in line with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that end users are adequately trained and supported in the use of clinical systems.
• Monitor system usage and deviations, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when necessary.
• Oversee operational system activities and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with a referent Business System Expert and the broader Clinical System Management team.

About You

• Experience: Proven experience in managing international clinical operations (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!).
• Skills: Proven experience in electronic Data Capture (eDC) systems, Clinical trial regulations (ICH-GxP), Computerized system validation;
• Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
