The Clinical Innovation Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving innovation within clinical trials, enhancing processes, and implementing best practices to improve study designs and outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals who are passionate about advancing clinical research through innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on innovative clinical trial designs and methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for innovation and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate new technologies and methodologies applicable to clinical trial management.
• Implement and monitor pilot programs and stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate novel approaches into clinical studies.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather input and drive collaboration on innovation initiatives.
• Support the development of training materials for teams on newly adopted methodologies and processes.

About You

• Experience: Proven track record in project management within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong analytical ability, creativity in solving problems, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and “sell” innovations internally and externally.

• Solid knowledge of collaborative tools (Power BI, data management tools).

• Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field, with additional certifications in project management preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in French & English
