This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

• Act as clinical study reference point for the study team, investigators, authorities, commercial partners, and experts.
• Design clinical study synopses, informed consent forms, and amendments.
• Analyze clinical and real-world data (with support from statisticians) and provide clinical and technical guidance during the trial phase, including risk management input.
• Participate in investigator and monitoring meetings as required.
• Prepare clinical study result summaries and presentations.
• Contribute to feasibility assessments, late-stage clinical development projects, and central study teams, supporting development and clinical plans.
• Prepare relevant clinical documentation sections (Investigator Brochure, CTD content, scientific advice, safety reports, etc.).

About You

• Experience: Proven experience in managing international clinical operations (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!)
• Skills: Proven experience in late-stage clinical development, ideally in cardiovascular/metabolic diseases and single-pill combination therapies, Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
