• Enter and track shipment data in supply chain systems.
• Manage IMP (Investigational Medicinal Products) reconciliation with local pharmacies and corporate.
• Support documentation and filing (eTMF, destruction certificates, authorizations, etc.).
• Monitor supply chain activities: stock levels, destructions, temperature excursions, randomization.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Extract and monitor distribution data from corporate, depots, and sites.
• Act as an interface with clinical, supply, and quality teams to resolve issues.

About You

• Experience: First professional experience or internship in clinical research or a related field (accepted).
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Education: Scientific or logistics degree (Bachelor’s level) with some experience in supply chain or clinical research.
• Languages: French & Good level of English (written and spoken).
