As a Cloud Architect Lead, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s cloud technical strategy. You will act both as a technical reference, a mentor for development teams, and an operational contributor on certain developments.

Your Missions

• Lead the technical transition toward a full cloud environment: migration of existing systems, convergence of platforms, and rationalization of the IaaS infrastructure.
• Define architecture standards and patterns to be followed by development teams to ensure consistency, security, and performance of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, promoting skill development and sharing of best practices.
• Actively contribute to the design and development of new application components (hands-on approach with opportunities to code and experiment).
• Ensure technological consistency across products, guaranteeing stability, performance, and scalability of the cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with technical management and product teams, particularly with the current technical lead, to align technical vision with business needs.
• Contribute to innovation: experiment with new cloud-native solutions and explore opportunities related to data intelligence and AI.
  

Profil recherché

Technical Expertise:

• Solid experience in cloud-native architecture, ideally on Microsoft Azure, with a good understanding of Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to design and lead a full cloud migration, considering both existing systems and target architectures.
• Strong understanding of data challenges: large-scale data management, time series, and familiarity with tools such as Elastic or InfluxDB.
• Proven experience in application security (secure design, best practices, compliance).
• Ability to conduct POCs, test new solutions, and maintain a strong hands-on mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with technical teams, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and align teams around coherent and shared technical choices.
• Pedagogical mindset and taste for collaborative work in multi-project environments.
