KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
In support of the site communication manager:
Independently or in collaboration with the Site Communication Manager, define internal communication plans for the Management Team entities (ED) on certain identified topics (SST, EP, works, etc.).
Ensure and guarantee the deployment of Site/France/Group Communication by leveraging relevant media. Essential information is adapted to site residents/employees (Compte-Fonction com, Focus managers, Group/France Notes, etc.).
Design and produce content for digital tools (Newsletter, Intranet, internal social network) in collaboration with various stakeholders (site communication manager, internal event manager, external provider, agency, etc.).
Animate and moderate the internal social network of the site.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital communication channels.
Manage and monitor site display boards. Coordinate and oversee the site's display network. The legal notice board is regulated and must be pre-approved by the Social Relations Officer.
Strengthen the dynamic animation of site communication, for example, by coordinating the network of communication referents.
Animate and deploy, if necessary, in collaboration with the event manager (DCEM entity), actions, and event animations on the site.
Understand and support the Brand strategy and the rules associated with the use of brands (graphic charter, sound identity, use of Bibendum, etc.).
In support of the Event Project Leader:
Provide necessary assistance to the Project Leader and internal partners in defining the specifications and objectives to be achieved.
Under the supervision of the project leader, monitor agencies and subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and quality of service in the design, production, and management of event communication tools and materials.
Support the design, production, and management of event communication tools and materials, as well as the production and implementation of event communication actions.
Ensure compliance with the Group's communication standards.
Contribute to the project’s budget monitoring.
Understand and support the Brand strategy and the rules associated with the use of brands (graphic charter, sound identity, use of Bibendum, etc.).
