Coordinateur Business analyst (Data)

Nextlink is seeking a Coordinateur Business analyst (Data). As
part of the expansion of its Data & AI division, our client — a leading
player in the insurance industry — is looking for a highly experienced Senior
Data & Information Systems Consultant to support strategic initiatives
and high -impact business and technology studies.

This role will primarily focus on Data, Artificial
Intelligence, and Information Systems, while also offering opportunities to
contribute across broader business transformation initiatives within the
organization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data &
AI teams, architects, and project teams to help shape the company’s future Data
and IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Data & IT Strategy Definition

• Contribute
  to the definition and implementation of the company’s Data and Information
  Systems roadmap aligned with business and strategic objectives.
  
• Lead
  or contribute to high -value functional studies in collaboration with
  business teams, Business Analysts, architects, and key stakeholders.
  
• Gather,
  analyze, and consolidate business requirements and associated challenges.
  
• Build
  a functional and application -level vision for the topics under study.
  
• Produce
  structured recommendations, target scenarios, and transformation roadmaps.
  

Functional Studies & Strategic Framing

• Conduct
  functional and application impact assessments.
  
• Prepare
  framing documents and decision -support materials.
  
• Present
  analyses, findings, and recommendations to governance bodies such as
  Steering Committees and Executive Committees.
  

Team Support & Cross -Functional Collaboration

• Support
  Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and project teams during solution
  implementation.
  
• Provide
  a transversal perspective across business, Data, and IT topics.
  
• Ensure
  alignment of proposed solutions with enterprise architecture principles
  and target IT architecture.
  

Data Value & Analytics Enablement

• Identify
  available data assets and potential business use cases.
  
• Define
  and structure business KPIs and performance indicators.
  
• Build
  implementation and monitoring plans for analytics and reporting
  initiatives.
  
• Contribute
  to initiatives leveraging Data and AI to drive business value and
  operational efficiency.
  

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Significant
  experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant (8+ years).
  
• Proven
  experience within the insurance industry is essential.
