Job Description

Le/la Correspondant(e) Client est responsable de la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients externes et internes afin de garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client et d’excellence opérationnelle. Il/elle assure le traitement des demandes liées aux commandes, à la logistique et au suivi administratif, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes pour fournir un service fiable, réactif et de qualité.

Responsabilités principales :

• Gérer les demandes des clients relatives aux commandes, en assurant un suivi efficace et une communication proactive avec les parties prenantes internes.
• Coordonner les activités logistiques, notamment les retours, remplacements, dépannages et la gestion des aléas de livraison.
• Assurer le traitement des appels, courriels et réclamations clients afin de garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction et de qualité de service.
• Réaliser les activités administratives associées au service client, incluant le traitement des avoirs et la participation aux rappels produits.
• Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, logistiques, finance, qualité et les autres fonctions support pour résoudre les problématiques clients.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus, au partage des connaissances et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs.

Profil recherché :

• Formation Bac+2 minimum (Gestion, Administration des ventes, Relation Client ou équivalent).
• Première expérience professionnelle dans un environnement de service client, administration des ventes ou relation clientèle.
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et aisance avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
• Esprit d’équipe, sens du service client et orientation solutions

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 32 000 à 37 000 EUR / an
