As a Cosmetic Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that ensure the availability of high-quality cosmetic products while optimizing costs and supplier relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal cost and quality.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
• Manage supplier performance, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the cosmetics industry.

About You

• Experience: Proven experience as a buyer in the cosmetics or related industry, with a solid understanding of procurement practices.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
