Our client is an internationally recognized player in the automotive industry. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) new employees for the following role.
Your main tasks :
Incoming and outgoing calls
Professional emails and
Live chat
For the following queries:
General information requests: basic questions regarding dealerships location, cars, options, warranty etc.…
Simples complaints: complaints up to a certain level of complexity, no complaints with a legal or financial impact
Telematics: technical queries related to the vehicle (GPS, Bluetooth, smartphone connection), and an online account for those who are already part of our client base (reset the password, connection not working…)
Profile
Native Dutch (C2 level)
Fluency English
Experience in customer relations, a great sense of service, and customer satisfaction
Active listening, good writing skills
Empathy, compassion,
Flexible, organised, and a team player Contract
CDI 36h/week + training session (2 weeks)
Operational hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
Monthly salary gross 1823,07€
+ 152€ monthly gross for the Language bonus (Dutch team language)
+ 152€ monthly gross as a performance bonus = 1€ for each worked hour regarding attendance, quality, and productivity
25 days off + 6 days RTT
