Your tasks:
As part of our Customer Care team, you will be mainly in charge of supporting the German nEHS, onboarding existing and new customers, mainly based in Germany but not exclusively.

Customer Care being in a central position you will be in daily contact with members, external partners and internal teams such as Sales, Market Operations, Business Development, ECC (the Clearing House), Reporting and Legal departments.
In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties.
