Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding accounting services and products offered by BuyCo.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues with their accounts and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our support database.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely resolutions of client queries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the accounting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
