HIRING: FRENCH-SPEAKING Customer Relations Agent

Monthly compensation: €900–€1,000, excluding bonus 

We are looking for commercially minded French speakers who enjoy customer interaction and problem-solving.

You'll support customers with financial products while helping them identify solutions that match their needs.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound customer calls.
• Provide guidance on credit and financing products.
• Identify and develop relevant sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional, personalised customer experiences.
• Update customer records and follow compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For

• French C2 or native proficiency.
• Sales experience or demonstrated commercial aptitude.
• Strong communication, resilience and teamwork.
• Existing residence within 50 km of Braga.
