Description de l'emploi - Customer Service Assistant (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer portfolios (France, BeNeLux, Spain, Portugal, Maghreb) by processing, managing and following up the offers and orders, taking into account the commercial and contractual framework conditions, while guaranteeing the fluidity and quality of the service

  • Interface between customers and the various internal departments (European headquarters in Germany)

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, respond to requests within a defined time (documentation, information, etc.)

  • Actively participate in teamwork within Customer Service (such as through the modernization of procedures with continuous improvement and digitalization)

  • Actively contribute to business success through your commitment, service and initiative

  • Update databases in the ERP (creation and management) such as customer accounts and prices

  • Manage local warehouse: analysis and adjustment of the replenishment order point, management of replenishment and purchase orders, control of expiry dates with the FIFO method, participation in inventory and analysis of discrepancies

  • Analyse internal metrics through activity reports

Qualifications:

  • You are recognized for your sense of customer service, responsiveness, proactivity, flexibility, autonomy and team spirit

  • You have successful commercial experience in customer relationship and/or sales (ideally in a B2B industrial environment, 2-3 years minimum)

  • You know how to organize your workload by establishing priorities among the various tasks to be carried out

  • You communicate easily, in an international environment and cultural diversity (the official language of the Group is English)

  • You have a proficency level of English (B2 / ideally C1), knowledge of Spanish.

  • You are proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Copilot), knowledge of an ERP (SAP ideally) and CRM

  • You have a Bac +2 level degree in business or equivalent
