Salary: EUR 25.00 per hour

About Us:

We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Services Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Monitor and follow-up on outstanding customer requests.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
