Customer Support Representative -Athens/Remote

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site or remote from Greece)
Contract: Full-time
Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)

Start date: MUltiple starting dates available

Responsibilities:

• Support French customers via phone, email & chat

• Provide accurate product/service information

• Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism

• Update records & follow escalation procedures

• Achieve quality, satisfaction & productivity targets

Requirements:

• Native/near-native French + English B2+

• EU citizenship or Greek residence card

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic PC & CRM knowledge

• Flexibility for rotating shifts
