Data Center Engineering Expert (FR & EN)

Global Multinational in Paris is
now seeking a Data Center Engineering expert to analyze existing data center
configurations and identify best practices that can be replicated across other
centers. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure
resilience through a deep technical assessment and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current data center infrastructures.
  

• Identify and document best practices that can be standardized and reused.
  

• Provide technical recommendations for improving existing setups.
  

• Design a project management framework to support the implementation of improvements.
  

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  

Deliverables

• A comprehensive report on current best practices and their applicability
  

• Infrastructure improvement recommendations
  

• A project management framework for effective implementation
  

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in Data Center engineering and operations
  

• Strong experience in network design and architecture
  

• Infrastructure analysis and optimization
  

• Technical documentation and reporting
  

Experience

• Several years of experience in similar roles (7+ years preferred)
  

• Background in large-scale, complex organizational environments
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
  

• Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP) or equivalent
  

Industry Relevance

• IT Infrastructure
  

• Large enterprise environments, preferably within the insurance sector
