Data Governance Assistant - Apprenticeship (M/F/X)

Under the guidance of the Data Governance Lead, you will accompany the operational deployment of the Accor’s Data Governance framework, standards, and processes.

• Support the rollout and implementation of the Data Marketplace and certification processes for data products in the Data Portal.
• Participate in drafting, validating, and maintaining the business glossary.
• Assist in analyzing the quality of strategic data.
• Assist in formalizing and improving methodologies and processes related to strategic data management in contributing to analyzing complex data flows and dependencies.
• Help document master data, data repositories and standards.
• Participate in preparing committees on data governance progress, internal communications on best data practices and training materials on policies and standards.

You are a student for a master’s degree: 

• You are fluent in English and are able to work in an international environment 
• You are motivated and have a strong interest for Data Management and Governance
• You have skills in SQL language and relational data model
• You have an analytical mindset with good redactional synthesis capabilities
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• You are comfortable working collaboratively in a transversal environment bridging IT and business teams
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
