This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Safety. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

• Manage and operate data management tools, with a strong focus on REDCap (essential) and Clean Web.
• Design and validate Case Report Forms (CRFs) within REDCap.
• Oversee clinical study data tracking and ensure high-quality data collection and validation.
• Create and manage database freezes (cofreeze) and coordinate study-specific data activities.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with data management standards.
• Prepare regular data management status reports for stakeholders.

About You

• Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!)
• Skills: Hands-on experience with REDCap is essential and strong knowledge of CRF design and data validation processes.
• Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• Languages: Fluency in French & English
