About the Job

The Data Quality Management role is essential in ensuring that our data meets the highest standards for quality and integrity throughout the research and pharmaceutical development process.

Main Activities:

• Define and implement quality metrics to assess data integrity and quality across data sources.
• Establish data quality control and improvement processes, including validation, cleaning, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and IT teams to identify data quality issues and develop remediation plans.
• Monitor data quality trends and report findings to stakeholders.
• Train and support team members on best practices for data quality management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, GxP).

About You

We are looking for candidates who embody our values of Audacity, Care, and Energy:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in data management, data quality assurance, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Soft skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
