Digital Assets Product Development

In this function, your main responsibility is to ensure the organization offers innovative digital assets products and services to its clients. You contribute to the identification, qualification and scoping of digital assets products and services in a competitive, highly regulated and fast-changing environment. The role requires knowledge of Capital Markets and Digital Assets landscape and a thorough understanding of the digital assets and DLT concepts and DeFi services.

You will be responsible for:

• Development of digital assets products and services to achieve the organization's business objectives, in line with Digital Assets strategic north star.

• Opportunities qualification process internally with transversal teams, ensuring proper feedback is gathered and buy-in of stakeholders

• Business Models definition and impact analysis, comparing current model and new ones, identifying gaps, risks and opportunities and where the value is created

• Research and analysis (trends) of customer needs / reactions to products & services - also within potential markets to assist the development of product strategies.

• Developing effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users, support the Product teams transversally

• Ensure required services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division and clients

   

You will: 

• Contribute to product development and design of new Digital Assets Offerings (or enhancements of existing ones)

• Drive the use case definition phase: Leads the definition of the detailed business scope with internal and external users/stakeholders, document and express recommendations

• Ensure proper translation of use cases into structured business analysis (opportunities and risks), value cards, knowledge documentation that satisfy the client’s strategic and operational objectives

• Contribute to business model definition, prepare sales estimates for a discrete product globally or multiple products in one market and develop recommendations for pricing to preserve product marketability and profitability

• Collaborate with our Marketing and Communication teams, prepare internal and external communications and make presentations on the product offering

• Support Change Management: responsible for internal knowledge sharing, documentation, trainings

• Participate to industry events and working groups, representing Euroclear Digital Assets team in these forums

Profile:

Expertise

• Overall about 8 to 10  years of experience within the financial industry, and at least a first strong experience in Blockchain industry with a proven track record as Product Owner, Product Manager, Account Manager, Commercial (Blockchain team of Financial Institution or Fintech) and having successfully delivered blockchain services in production
• Knowledge of DLT technologies and/or DLT ecosystem technologies (understanding of building blocks, layers, standards..)
• Knowledge of Digital Assets market landscape and regulations (EU, UK, US etc...).
