Digital Solutions Deployment Engineer (H/F)

As part of Bouygues Construction's Public Works division, VSL International participates in the construction of major technical structures and guarantees their structural safety and durability: transport infrastructure (bridges, tunnels), industrial and energy production structures, and commercial buildings.

VSL's business is based on four areas of expertise:

About the Role

As part of its digital transformation journey, VSL is looking for a Digital Deployment & Innovation Engineer to support the deployment and adoption of digital solutions across its subsidiaries and projects worldwide.

Reporting to the Data & Digital team, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and promoting the adoption of digital tools throughout the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Solution Deployment & User Support

• Support the deployment of digital tools across international subsidiaries and projects.


• Train and support users in adopting and using digital solutions.


• Provide hands-on support to operational teams.


• Contribute to change management initiatives and drive user adoption.

Business Needs Analysis

• Gather requirements from users and project teams.


• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.


• Adapt digital solutions to local operational constraints and business needs.

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing digital tools.


• Support the definition and monitoring of deployment plans.


• Track key performance indicators related to solution adoption and usage.

Innovation & Digital Transformation

• Promote digital best practices across the Group.


• Contribute to the identification and assessment of new digital solutions.


• Support the development of a digital mindset within operational teams.

International Mobility

• Regular international travel is required to support local teams and projects.

Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (General Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering or related field), with a strong interest in digital transformation and operational excellence.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.


• Site or field experience is highly valued.


• Previous experience in construction, infrastructure or industrial environments.


• Experience in deploying digital solutions.


• Project management experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong digital mindset and interest in technology.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools; familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform is an advantage.


• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
