As a Dutch Speaking Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking client base. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Manage client inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate ongoing support.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and expedite issue resolution.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to clients.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• A friendly disposition and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
