Description de la mission
As part of the Financial Systems Department, reporting to the Finance Department, you will work as an EPM functional administrator within a team of 4 internals based in France and abroad and 7 externals (consultants).
In the framework of your mission, you will be constantly interacting with the accounting, the consolidation, and the FP&A departments.
Your duties:
As an apprentice, you will support the EPM manager in various missions listed below:
Support users in their usage of the application.
Track and solve tickets sent in the Tagetik support dedicated email box.
Test new features and developments.
Organize Tagetik access review campaigns (at least 2 by year).
Creation of new reports / dashboards (Tagetik & PowerBI).
Write and update functional documentations (data models, parameters used, procedures).
Provide some extractions to internal and external auditors.
Organize internal training sessions on tools.
Participate to key users meetings.
Work on processes automation (RPA)
This list represents a major part of the apprentice mission but is not exhaustive.
Profil
With a 4/5-years higher education qualification from a business school or university in Finance or computer science (with a good knowledge of Finance).
A knowledge of an EPM system and/or an ERP would be a nice to have but is not mandatory ideally Tagetik (EPM), DEAL or Oracle (ERP).
Additional skills:
1 - You have a good knowledge of accounting and management control.
2 - You master office applications (MS office) and VBA (nice to have).
