Are you a hunter with a track record of opening new markets in the European industrial B2B space? Do you have experience in the low-voltage electrical, contact materials, or precious metals sectors? If so, we want to talk to you.
We are a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of electrical contact materials and overall solutions. Our products—including silver alloy wires, contact rivets, clad strips, and contact assemblies—are essential components in circuit breakers, relays, contactors, and switches across industries like automotive, industrial control, renewable energy, and smart buildings.
We're looking for a results-driven European Sales Manager to build our presence from the ground up. This is a true 0-to-1 role: you will map the territory, identify key players, develop a client pipeline, and close deals with major European manufacturers.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the European sales strategy, owning the regional revenue target.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the low-voltage electrical, electrical contact, and precious metal materials sectors.
Target and break into strategic accounts, focusing on competitor client bases and supply chains.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical exchange, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and order fulfillment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across engineering, procurement, quality, and R&D.
Collaborate with headquarters in China on R&D, production, quality, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at European industry exhibitions, forums, and marketing events to build brand awareness.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales/BD experience in industrial manufacturing. Proven ability to independently develop clients, manage projects, and close deals.
Industry Knowledge: Strongly preferred: experience in low-voltage electrical, electrical contact materials, precious metals, or related components (switches, circuit breakers, relays).
Regional Presence: Based in Europe with the ability to travel frequently across the region.
Language: Fluent English (working proficiency). German, Italian, or French are strong pluses.
Skills: Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality; capable of competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
