WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your opportunity as
EVENT MANAGER (F/M/D) includes to ensure an efficient and successful planning, development, implementation and execution of projects run by our Team in Paris.
You will oversee and ensure the execution of people-centered and purposeful moments that create real change in people’s lives. You will ensure an efficient and effective planning, development, implementation, execution, and documentation of several high-profile projects according to client needs and according to deadlines, within the given budget & scope.
You unify teams, plan and monitor projects, solve issues and optimize solutions.

- Ensure successful project management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for a flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget.
- Assist in the definition of projects’ scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and manage changes to the project scope.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Create & handle budgets and oversee/control them in accordance with manager
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
