We are seeking a EX & C Communication Associate to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition & Culture department.

Your core responsibilities include:

Internal HR communication:

• Define and manage the internal communication strategy related to HR initiatives (employee experience, talent development, well-being at work, internal policies, etc.).
• Design and deploy engaging communication campaigns to strengthen corporate culture and adherence to values.
• Create and distribute impactful content (articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, infographics, etc.) highlighting HR and DE&I initiatives.
• Coordinate communication around key moments in the employee journey (onboarding, internal mobility, recognition, departures, etc.).

DE&I Communication and Engagement:

• Develop communication strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
• Organize and lead internal events to raise awareness and engage employees/managers on DE&I and corporate culture topics (conferences, round tables, awareness campaigns).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to amplify the visibility of DE&I actions and enhance the company's commitments.

Culture and employee commitment:

• Develop communication initiatives that promote team engagement and cohesion.
• Establish the communication strategy for the employee satisfaction/engagement survey.
• Implement interactive communication tools and spaces that encourage employees to express themselves (suggestion boxes, internal surveys, collaborative platforms).
• Support the deployment of the company's values through immersive content and events.

Monitoring and continuous improvement:

• Measure the impact of internal communication actions via key indicators and propose areas for improvement.
• Monitor trends in internal communication, employee engagement and DE&I.
• Contribute to the writing of internal reports on the corporate culture and employee experience.

Labour relations:

• Internal:
  • Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience & Culture
  • Close collaboration with the Group/Region communication department
  • Close collaboration with the various HR players of the group (CoE / Sites / Factories, etc.).
  • Collaboration with Regional Operations
• External:
  • Partners and associations specialising in employee engagement and inclusion.
  • Communication agencies and HR consultants.
  • Media and influencers.
  • Event and trade show organizers

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR communication, employee experience, internal engagement, or corporate culture within an international or multi‑site organization.
• Proven ability to manage communication campaigns, create multi-format content, and support HR transformation initiatives.
• Internal communication strategy design & deployment
• Editorial planning and content creation (articles, newsletters, videos, podcasts, infographics)
• Project management and coordination of HR programs
• Knowledge of DE&I frameworks and communication approaches
• Measurement of engagement and communication impact (KPIs, dashboards)
• Fluent in English
