Description de l'emploi - Facilities Officer

Description

Job Purpose:
To support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and monitor routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and report any issues or hazards.
  • Support health and safety compliance activities and maintain relevant records.
  • Manage facility-related requests and help resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Assist with office moves, meeting room setup, and workplace logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, assets, and service providers.
  • Support procurement of facilities supplies and monitor stock levels.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, office administration, or a similar support role.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations and workplace compliance requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and work effectively with contractors and service providers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent French with complex level of English speaking and writing.
