This role combines clinical expertise, physician training, and field leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Train physicians on products, procedures, and best practices.\n * Provide in\u2011lab clinical support and assist newly trained doctors during initial cases.\n * Act as a clinical expert, answering medical, technical, and procedural questions.\n * Support market development by identifying new accounts and participating in joint field visits.\n * Deliver sales training and collaborate with regional/international training teams.\n * Maintain strong relationships with national KOLs.\n * Ensure quality, compliance, and proper handling of customer issues.\n * Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 clinical professionals.\n\n\n\nCandidate Profile\n\n * Biomedical engineering degree\n * Experience in the health sector is required\n * First experience in cardiology; rhythm management preferred\n * Initial experience in team management\n * Ability to support cardiologists in the operating room and during patient consultations\n * Strong collaboration with the RSM to execute field strategy\n * Fluent in French and good knowledge in English\n\n\n\nKey Qualities\n\n * Anticipation and strong organization\n * Leadership and adaptability\n * Curiosity and willingness to learn\n * Flexibility and comfort with frequent travel\n\n\n\nRequisition ID: 626225\n\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
