Role Summary: 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Agency Operator who shall primarily be responsible for managing vessel requirements, booking relevant services, issuing all relevant shipping documentation, undertaking vessel boarding and performing any other tasks related to the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-arrival documentation between the vessel, port/terminal and government authorities. 


• Creating/sending booking confirmation to the Clients. 


• Create invoices for the loaded shipments. 


• Delivering documents to clients. 


• Ensure that excellent ships agency services are rendered to all clients.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree 


• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
