🎯 Your mission

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and improving the overall user experience.

You will:

• Manage and resolve customer support tickets

• Diagnose technical issues related to SOLIDWORKS, CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE

• Assist customers through phone, email or remote support

• Work closely with engineering teams on complex cases

• Create and maintain knowledge base technical documentation

• Turn recurring issues into structured troubleshooting guides

• Contribute to improving internal support processes

• Develop deep expertise on Dassault Systèmes solutions

• Prepare and obtain technical certifications
