Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of a world-renowned brand. Your goal is to provide seamless support and turn every interaction into a positive experience.
Solve & Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with technical troubleshooting, billing inquiries, or general product information.

Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU Passport or EU National ID card (EU Citizenship is required due to local labor regulations).
Language Mastery: Fluency in French (Native or C1 level).
English Skills: A B2 level of English is required for internal training and communication.
