Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: 18 September 2025
Contract: Full-time, 6-month CDD
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06h22h (rotative shifts)
Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays

About the Role

We are seeking French-speaking Customer Support Agents with an interest in digital marketing and web design to join our vibrant team in Lisbon. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and positive support experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in one of Europes most dynamic tech hubs while gaining valuable international experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat

• Provide clear, timely, and accurate responses

• Troubleshoot account, product, and service issues

• Ensure compliance with procedures and policies

Requirements

• Native/fluent French + good English (B2)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and detail-oriented

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
