Responsibilities:
Support French-speaking social media users via chat, email & phone
Manage and monitor user interactions efficiently
Meet KPIs and performance metrics consistently
Escalate issues and provide internal feedback
Maintain accurate documentation of cases
Requirements:
French B2/C1 + English proficiency
Proven customer service experience with KPIs
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in fast-paced settings
Flexible for rotating & future night shifts
Strong communication and organizational skills
