We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our dedicated customer service team. This position is tailored for individuals with a strong technical background who are passionate about helping French-speaking clients resolve their technical issues.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Guide customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to effective resolutions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution of their inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and industry developments to deliver informed support.


Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of technical systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
