Key Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers via inbound calls and emails regarding technical support (Internet, TV, fiber-optic services) and billing/account management.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide customers toward quick resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend new products, upgraded plans, or contract renewals.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level for training and support).
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is highly valued.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/telecom devices.
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
