• Native or fluent French speaker with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style across channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous but not required.
